Returns:

  • To return an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns due to size or color.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted unless approved by our support team.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refunds are not available for custom orders, personalized items, or altered items.

Please note:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a defective or incorrect item with photos. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom orders, personalized products, and items worn or altered by the customer.
